No complaints, I had a great stay and will come back. Marvellous location right by the famous Versailles Restaurant, Miami and the centre, everything perfectly fine.

The host and amazing staff took care of me. All in all everything was fine, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. It was located in a good area very close to the centre, Miami Beach and the famous Versailles Restaurant, Café Versailles Bakery was 1 mile away.

The property is fairly clean and located right by the garden, Miami and Wynwood. The staff and host are cool and accommodating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a nice sleep. The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryers, and robes. Conveniently located with easy access to Versailles Bakery, just a 10-minute walk away.

I didn't expect such a nice place. The apartment was reasonably clean and in a great location near the garden and the famous Versailles Restaurant, airport, and Wynwood. The staff was amazing and helpful. I appreciated them. The bathroom was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this centrally located property! The host, Carmen, was amazing and made us feel right at home. The common rooms were always spotless and the shared bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Having a free parking space for our car was a great bonus.

I recently stayed at Habitacion Centrica Calle 8 for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, who were from Cuba and Venezuela, made me feel welcome right away. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and I felt safe. Getting around was easy with Lyft and Uber, and the hosts even invited me to their Tiki Bar for drinks and dancing. There was a great Salvadoran restaurant right across the street and the outdoor area was nice. The room had convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, and the bathroom had soap and shampoo.

I do recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this centrally located Airbnb. The house was very clean and the owner was incredibly nice. The room had a soft carpet and a comfortably big bed. I appreciated the slippers provided, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The location was excellent and the bathroom was clean. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this property.

I did experience some noise at night from staff members talking and singing at the tiki bar, but it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the hot water supply for showers was limited.

Our stay at Habitacion Centrica Calle 8 was a mixed experience. The location was great, close to Little Havana and the main attractions of Calle Ocho. We enjoyed the cozy apartment and the beautiful garden where we spent some leisure time. Carmen, the host, was welcoming and full of useful information. Her Cuban coffee was outstanding and we loved spending time in the Tiki bar. The apartment felt loved and well-maintained.

There were a few drawbacks. The shared bathroom situation was not ideal, especially with a large number of bedrooms to share one bathroom.

The location of this accommodation is great, with bus stops just a 4-minute walk away, making it convenient to travel to downtown and other attractions. The room was comfortable, with a huge bed and good WiFi. The host, Carmen, was friendly and accommodating, providing us with snacks and water for purchase and ensuring that we had a reserved parking spot for our rental car.

The maintenance of the hotel was not up to par. The hot water broke during our stay, and repairs were not planned until several days later, leaving us with cold showers.
